Most signature drips take about 45 minutes, and the Myers' Cocktail 45 to 60. Premium infusions are given slowly for your comfort: high-dose vitamin C takes 60 to 90 minutes, and NAD+ can take 2 to 4 hours. Plan a few extra minutes for your health check before we start.
You'll feel a quick pinch when the small IV goes in, and then most people simply relax. Settle in with a blanket and tea, read, rest or close your eyes. If anything feels uncomfortable, your nurse is right there and can slow the drip down.
IV therapy isn't right for everyone. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, heart or kidney conditions, and some medications need extra care or a different plan. That's why every visit starts with a health review by our nursing team, and why high-dose vitamin C requires a G6PD blood test first. IV therapy is a wellness service, not emergency care.

It depends on your body and your goals. Many guests come weekly to monthly, and premium infusions like NAD+ follow a plan set by your provider. We'll recommend a rhythm that fits you, and adjust it as your numbers and how you feel change.
Wellness Shots are quick injections, about 5 minutes, with no IV needed. Choose B12, vitamin D3, biotin or L-carnitine on their own, or add glutathione or NAD+ as a shot or in your drip. Boosters like magnesium or zinc can be added to any drip.
