Your biological age.
Your birthday tells your age in years. Epigenetic testing reads patterns on your DNA, called methylation, to estimate your biological age and how fast you are aging.
Unlike your genes, these patterns respond to sleep, food, stress and treatment. Retesting shows whether your plan is moving your biological age in the right direction.

Small guests, big effects.
Parasites are more common than most people think, and not only after travel. They can be picked up from food, water, pets or everyday contact, and many people carry them for years without knowing.
Living in the gut, they can compete for your nutrients, irritate the gut lining and keep your immune system on alert. That is why they can show up as fatigue, bloating, skin flare-ups or low iron, far from where they live.
Signs that may point to parasites- Bloating, gas or changes in bowel habits
- Ongoing fatigue that rest does not fix
- Low iron or B12, even with a good diet
- Skin flare-ups, itching or rashes
- Unexplained weight changes or cravings
- Symptoms that began after travel or a stomach bug

Microscopic organisms such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Blastocystis hominis and Dientamoeba fragilis.
Worms

Our Roots Panel looks at heart and cardiovascular health, metabolism and hormones, liver, blood and nutrient balance, and thyroid, immunity and inflammation, including an estimate of your biological age. Advanced testing can add epigenetics, gut microbiome, food sensitivity, heavy metals, hormone metabolites and genetics.
It is an optional multi-cancer early detection blood test that screens for signals shared by more than 50 types of cancer. It is a screening test, not a diagnosis, and it does not replace the routine cancer screenings your physician recommends. Our medical team helps you decide if it is right for you.
Yes. Our advanced gut testing uses an at-home stool kit that can detect parasites such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium and Blastocystis, along with bacteria, yeast and inflammation markers. Your clinician reviews the results with you and builds a plan if anything is found.
Epigenetic testing reads chemical tags on your DNA, called methylation, that change with age and lifestyle. From them, the lab estimates your biological age and how fast you're aging. It isn't a diagnosis. It's a way to see whether your habits and treatments are moving you in the right direction.
A yearly physical usually checks a short list of basics. Our panels look deeper at hormones, nutrients, inflammation and metabolism, and we look at where you sit within the range, not only whether a result is flagged.
A food sensitivity panel looks at how your immune system responds to a list of common foods. It is not the same as a food allergy test. Your provider reads the results together with your symptoms and history, and may suggest a guided elimination plan with your health coach.
It measures metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium, along with essential minerals, using a blood or urine sample. Everyday exposure can come from water, food, older homes or work. If your levels are raised, your provider explains what they mean and the next steps.
Yes. Schedule your Biomarkers Journey online and choose an at-home draw, or visit a partner lab close to where you live or work, on the day and time that suits you. [Confirm the home-draw area and any fee.]
Some panels need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. We'll tell you when you book, so you arrive ready.
Most results are ready in [5 to 10] days. Then you meet with your provider to go through every number together.
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans through Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay and Cherry, so you can split the cost of your care over time. We also accept HSA and FSA cards. Our concierge team is happy to help you choose the option that works best for you.
We recommend testing twice a year, so you can see how your nutrition, stress and habits are changing your results. Longevity members are retested every 3 months as part of their membership.
